Common questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. There's no sign-up, no email, and no password. Open the App and start adding the people you want to stay in touch with.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, and in your own iCloud if you have it enabled, so your reminders stay in sync across your devices. We never receive or store your contacts or reminders. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Why does the App ask for Contacts access?
So you can pick the people you'd like reminders for, straight from your address book, without retyping their name and number. You can revoke this access anytime in your device's Settings.
A reminder didn't arrive. What happened?
Reminders rely on your device's notification settings. Check that notifications are enabled for Call Ya Mother in Settings → Notifications, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them. If it keeps happening, email us and we'll help.
Can I set reminders for more than one person?
Yes. Add as many people as you like — a parent, a grandparent, an old friend — each with its own schedule.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the App removes its data from your device. To remove anything synced to iCloud, delete the App's data from your iCloud storage in Settings.
